Delivery
Your purchase will be carefully packed in a reutilized box and will be shipped within the next 48h after your order, for all orders received from Monday through Thursday. Any purchase received on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday.

You should receive an order confirmation promptly after the completion of your purchase, which will include the detail of your transaction and a tracking number that you can use to follow your package's delivery!
Taxes
All the prices listed on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and the sales taxes are calculated according to your home province. International shoppers; you may have to pay for your domestic taxes depending on your country's policy when the package goes through customs.
Return policy
We at Boat People pay extra attention when selecting the vintage products for your store, and we are really proud to offer you the best vintage condition possible. Please refer to the "About vintage" article in our ABOUT menu for more information on pre-loved garments.
If you are deeply unsatisfied with your purchase, please send us an inquiry within 48h hours after receiving your package. We give a store credit for returned items. The return shipping charge are not covered by our return policy.
We only accept pre-authorized returns so please make sure you contact our service at info@boatpeopleboutique.com and explain your inquiry so we can issue a return authorization number. You should send us your claim within 48h days after the product was received at your home and we should receive the product back at our office within 5 business days after the RA# is issued. All products purchased at discounted price or with a promo coupon are finals.

Paypal is a worldwide online secure-payment service that accepts all methods of payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and direct debit from your bank account). Using Paypal is free and does not require inscription from your part. Your payment will be processed rapidly, securely and without surprise fees.
Currency conversion
All prices listed on our site are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and your purchase will also be billed in CAD. If you are an international buyer, the currency conversion will be according to your bank that issued your payment at the time of the transaction. Please refer to the well-known www.xe.com for all international current rates.
